Manual update for Semi-integrated

Note

If Auto-update failed or was off for a semi-integrated terminal, these steps must be followed on the device to update all applications and parameters.

Tip

Please follow all relevant steps below to update your Semi-integrated TSYS application.

1. From the home page of the terminal select the Apps icon.

2. Select Settings.

3. Enter the Administrator password (Default: 1234567).

4. Select PosSettings under the Devices sub-heading.

5. Select Update from TMS.

6. Select the Settings icon.

7. Verify the Terminal ID and Server Address.

7-A. Terminal ID:
(Terminal's Serial Number)

8. Press Back.

 

9. Select Check for Updates.

10. Once the download is completed, press OK.

11. Select Install for Install Software Updates.

12. Select Install for each application - start with the payment application. (TSYS)

13. Press Next or scroll down.

14. Press Install.

To install multiple applications, press Done.

15-B. (Option 2)
To install the payment application only, press Open.

Agent Installation

Install the Agent integration application.

Next or scroll down.

Refresh icon to start the Agent Service.

Connect Installation

Install the Connect integration application.

  1. Press

Install.

Initialize Payment Application (BaseApp)

Open the Payment Application, allow it to initialize, close, and then reboot.
