The terminal upgrade process can take place when an upgraded template is available that corresponds with the terminal’s features and status.
Select the Terminals Tab from the Estate Management sidebar to display the terminal list.
Find your terminal and click the Menu button on the right-hand side of the Terminals Tab.
Select Upgrade Terminal option from the drop-down menu.
Select a template from the drop-down list of available upgrades for the terminal, then press Save to queue the terminal upgrade.
