Confirming Auto-update Success
Auto-Update will load all the queued terminals with the new firmware, and perform the necessary download during whatever time frame your org has set for updates (usually overnight). After this process has taken place it’s important to go back to you terminal list in your AMP 360 Client and make sure that every one has the same status; Up to date, with a green indicator.
Simply click on the Status column to sort it, and then address any terminals that did not turn green by clicking one of the buttons at the bottom of the page.
