Installing Firmware Update

Note: Before proceeding with the firmware download process, ensure the device has the firmware download queued in AMP360.

1. Open the Application Menu and select Settings. | |

2. Enter the Admin password (Default: 1234567). | |
3. Select PosSettings. | |
4. Select Update from TMS. | |
5. Select Settings (Gear Icon). | |
6. Verify the Terminal ID and Server Address. | |
Terminal ID: | Server Address: http://api.amp360.amobilepayment.com:9009 |
7. Press Back and select Check for Updates. | |
8. Once the download is complete press OK. | |
9. Select Install for Install Firmware Updates and press Yes. | |
10. The firmware update has started and the device will reboot to complete the installation. | |
