Server authentication error
INVALID_TERMINAL
Server Authentication response code 10

 

The Serial Number (Terminal ID) does not match any records on the AMP 360 server.

  1. (See Step 6. > in below link)
    Validate that the Terminal Serial Number (Terminal ID) and Server Address values are set correctly.
    Terminal Serial Number:

  2. Verify the Transport Key (TK-1) and CA Certificate are present.
    Go to: Home > Apps > Settings > PosSettings > AKLA

Communication error
Exception: Unable to resolve host “api.amp360.amobilepayment.com”:
No address associated with hostname

Terminal is not connecting to AMP 360 to perform the download.

  1. Verify the terminal has an active internet connection
    WiFi or Ethernet (6500)

  2. Check the hostname in the error message; verify the Server Address is not misspelled.

Download shows a blank progress screen

Terminal is not connecting to AMP360 to perform the download.

  1. Check ATMS Agent version

    1. v2.10.0+ is compatible with AMP360 current downloads

    2. v2.10.0- requires a manual firmware update.
      6500: v1.0.20+
      8200: v3.2.39+

  2. ATMS Agent - Clear Data
    Go to: Home > Apps > Settings > Apps > Scroll right to ALL tab > Select ATMS Agent > Clear Data > OK

Download stops when partially completed

Terminal is not able to download all files successfully.

  1. Check ATMS Agent version

    1. v2.11.1 is the minimum requirement

  2. ATMS Agent - Clear Data
    Go to: Home > Apps > Settings > Apps > Scroll right to ALL tab > Select ATMS Agent > Clear Data > OK

Install Verify Failed -800

The application you are trying to install is not signed or not signed correctly.

Open an Application Signature ticket in the PSH. AMP support will sign and upload the application file for you.
